Student Visa Executive Role

We seek a detail-oriented and experienced professional with expertise in handling student visa applications for European countries.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with VFS processes, embassy documentation, and university application procedures.

  • End-to-end Student Visa Management: Manage the entire student visa filing process for European countries.
  • Document Verification: Verify visa-related documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • VFS Appointment Scheduling: Schedule VFS appointments and coordinate with students regarding necessary documentation.
  • Embassy Rule Updates: Stay up-to-date with changing embassy rules and immigration guidelines.
  • University Applications: Complete university applications on behalf of students, ensuring all forms meet specific criteria.
  • Student File Maintenance: Maintain individual student files, tracking application status and visa processing timelines.
  • Professional Communication: Communicate professionally with students, universities, and consulates as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in student visa processing with expertise in European visa applications.
  • Strong knowledge of VFS processes, embassy rules, and document verification.
  • Experience in university application filing (online portals, SOPs, LORs, documentation, etc.).
  • High organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple student files simultaneously.
