Business Intelligence Strategist

We seek an experienced Business Intelligence Strategist to lead our team in developing and implementing AI solutions that drive business growth and enhance operational efficiency.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Planning
      • Develop a comprehensive strategy for integrating AI into our business operations.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI initiatives with organizational goals.
    • Requirements Gathering & Translation
      • Convert business requirements into technical specifications for AI/ML teams.
      • Work with data scientists and engineers to ensure feasibility and alignment.
    • Performance Monitoring
      • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for AI projects.
      • Track and report on project outcomes and business impact.
    • AI Governance & Ethics
      • Ensure AI solutions comply with ethical standards, data privacy laws, and regulatory requirements.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • Education:

      • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. Master's preferred.

    • Experience:

      • 5+ years in business analysis, with 2+ years in AI/ML projects.

    • Technical Proficiency:

      • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts (e.g., NLP, computer vision, generative AI).
      • Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
      • Understanding of AI platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google Vertex AI).

    • Business Acumen:

      • Strong grasp of business strategy, operations, and financial modeling.
      • Ability to align AI initiatives with organizational goals.

    • Soft Skills:

      • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
      • Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
      • Project management capabilities (Agile, PMP, or CBAP certification is a plus)
