About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to fill a challenging position. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and enforcing data models and naming standards across all deliverables.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop data models and solutions to meet reporting and analytics needs.
  • Reverse engineer business legacy data models.
  • Communicate technical data integration requirements, designs, and decisions to stakeholders.
  • Reduce data redundancy, support consolidation, transformation, and training of stakeholders.
  • Gain an understanding of business processes and corresponding system architecture.
  • Partner with Business Intelligence teams to define reporting goals and/or dashboard requirements.
  • Ensure design documentation includes business rules, data security, data quality, lineage, and harmonization.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for data-related questions and quality issues.
  • Present findings, recommendations, and specifications through reports and presentations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Science or equivalent field.
  • 4+ years of experience in data modeling, database design, and data architecture.
  • Experience in the Banking Domain is required.
  • Proficient in Data Lineage/Modeling tools (ER Studio), Informatica toolsets, and Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, Microsoft PowerBI).
