Job Title: Associate Director, Data Management

About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Associate Director – Legal to lead legal strategy and execution across our Go-to-Market initiatives and AI business vertical. This role will involve managing risk in highly dynamic and regulated industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive agile and compliant GTM execution, including product launches, consumer warranties, and commercial contracts.
  • Advise on AI governance, data usage, licensing, and responsible AI frameworks, ensuring alignment with global regulations and emerging laws.
  • Lead implementation of data privacy and cybersecurity frameworks, covering cross-border data.
  • Manage regulatory risks, disputes, and external counsel strategy, ensuring proactive risk management.
Requirements
  • LL.B. (Strong experience in technology/AI, data privacy, and commercial contracting; Expertise in DPDP, GDPR, AI regulation, consumer law, and commercial negotiations)
  • Exceptional ability to balance legal risk with business agility
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills; experience building or mentoring legal teams
