Senior Test Engineering Manager

In this role, you will lead a team of test engineers through strategic planning and technical collaboration. Your daily tasks will involve working closely with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications.

You will focus on developing comprehensive testing strategies that cover the entire application lifecycle, ensuring that quality processes and methodologies are effectively applied. You will also be responsible for defining and implementing key metrics to manage and assess the testing process, including overseeing test execution and defect resolution.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead as an SME in test engineering
  • Collaborate and direct the team to execute tasks
  • Make informed decisions regarding the team
  • Promote effective communication across teams and contribute to key decisions
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and multiple departments
  • Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in test engineering

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Automated Testing, Core Banking, Java, Selenium
  • A deep understanding of various automated testing frameworks and tools
  • Experience in creating and executing test plans and test cases
  • The ability to analyze test results and provide actionable insights for improvement

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Automated Testing
  • 15 years of full-time education
