Senior Software Development Engineer in Test

A seasoned technologist with 12 years of experience in software development engineering, test automation, and system architecture is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of SDETs in one or more functional areas, including framework enhancements and quality engineering processes.
- Analyze and recommend best practices for coding guidelines, peer reviews, git workflow, process workflow, quality gates, and CI/CD processes.
- Participate in technical specification and program code reviews with architects and developers, promoting quality engineering processes and standards.
- Enable CI/CD integration for automated test suites, ensure proper test reporting, alerting, and quality gates are defined and enforced.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new system features, proactively identify potential quality issues.
- Design comprehensive test strategies and testing guidelines to improve test automation efficiency.
- Triage customer issues and analyze production metrics to provide root cause analysis.
