About this Position

We are seeking an accomplished Space Designer to create exceptional designs that meet our clients' needs.

Main Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate expertise in understanding client preferences and requirements to drive project success.
  • Ensure seamless communication and timely delivery of projects, delivering high standards in all aspects.
  • Lead quality control of design deliverables, guaranteeing precision and excellence.
  • Oversight of the entire project lifecycle, from conceptualization to completion.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of 6 months' experience as a Space Designer.
  • Prior experience leading residential projects (5-6 projects).
  • Proficiency in design tools such as PPT presentation, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.
  • Deep knowledge of design principles, including conceptual design, technical design, modular design, and civil works & services.
  • Sales acumen in closing deals through logical sales pitches.
  • Strong behavioral attributes, including result-driven, teamwork, integrity, ethics, crisp communication, and a willingness to learn.
