We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our AI and ServiceNow initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in driving enterprise-wide adoption of AI/ML platforms, including Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, and AWS Bedrock.

Key Responsibilities
  • AI Strategy & Platform Engineering: Develop and implement an enterprise-wide evaluation and adoption strategy for AI/ML platforms, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • AI Evangelism & Advisory: Act as an AI evangelist and advisor to business leaders, translating complex capabilities into real-world use cases that drive business value.
  • AI Governance & Operations: Establish and oversee AI platform operations, including model lifecycle management, retraining schedules, usage monitoring, and performance optimization.
  • AIOps & Observability: Define and implement AI observability, monitoring, and drift detection mechanisms to ensure high availability and trust in AI-driven outputs.
ServiceNow Operations
  • Platform Roadmap & Operations: Own and lead the ServiceNow platform roadmap, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and low-code/no-code development, while overseeing platform operations and performance management.
  • Integration & Automation: Integrate AI features into ServiceNow, leveraging predictive intelligence, NLP bots, and ML models in workflows to drive automation and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: 12+ years of experience in leading AI strategy, platform engineering, and ServiceNow delivery teams.
  • AI/ML Expertise: Proven experience working with AI/ML platforms like Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, and SageMaker.
  • ServiceNow Expertise: Deep knowledge of ServiceNow (ITSM, ITOM, low-code) and ability to integrate AI features into workflows.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with ability to influence business leaders and technical teams.
