We're seeking a highly skilled data-driven marketing expert to lead the development and execution of our advertising campaigns.

About the Role:
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote business growth by planning, launching, managing, and optimizing targeted advertising efforts across various channels.
  • Develop tailored audience targeting strategies based on in-depth market analysis and segmentation expertise.
  • Collaborate closely with content and design teams to create high-impact ad creatives that drive conversions.
  • Analyze campaign performance daily and provide actionable insights backed by data-driven analytics.
  • Continuously optimize ad performance through A/B testing and experimentation.
  • Effectively manage campaign budgets to ensure optimal ROI and efficient spend allocation.
  • Present detailed performance reports to stakeholders and clients, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest platform updates and industry trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on performance marketing.
  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Ads (Lead Gen Forms, Sponsored Content, InMail, etc.).
  • Proven track record of working with US-based clients, with a deep understanding of the US market and customer behavior.
  • Proficiency in Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and other marketing tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with metrics, attribution models, and dashboards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
