Job Description:

Covenant Consultants seeks a highly skilled Branch Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our full-service branch office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless branch operations, maintaining the highest standards of service quality, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations, including branch operations, lending, security, and safety in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Review and monitor AOF rejection cases, account closures, overdue FD & FD maturity data, and renewals thereof.
  • Scrutinize and verify customer requests, AOFs as per prescribed checklist before dispatching for processing.
  • Ensure adherence to Corporate Attire policy and Grooming guidelines by all staff members.
Principal Accountabilities:
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure operations, risk control, and process adherence at branches.
  • Reduce cost of cash holding and optimize big ticket opex items.
Major Activities:
  • Maintain optimal cash holding at branch so as to ensure minimal cost of cash holding.
  • Tracking big ticket opex line items in Branch P&L Rentals, Electricity, Employees etc and taking corrective action if required.
Capability Building & Manpower Management:
  • Identify training needs and inculcate self-learning culture among employees.
  • Nominate employees for training programs and track progress through Greening status.
Estimated Salary Range:

We offer an estimated salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum based on location and experience.
