Job Title

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to fill the position of Overseas Education Counselor. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about guiding students towards their academic goals.

  1. Student Engagement & Counseling:
  • Reach out to prospective students via phone, email, or in-person sessions to provide personalized guidance on MBBS programs, universities, and destinations.
  • Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to assess student goals and objectives.
  1. Application Management:
  • Assist students with applications, documentation, and submissions, ensuring timely and smooth processing.
  • Coordinate with foreign universities to facilitate a seamless application experience.
  • Keep students informed about application status and additional requirements.
  1. Post-Registration Support:
  • Guide students through the visa application process and document preparation.
  • Organize pre-departure orientations for students and families to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Resolve last-mile queries before departure to minimize stress and uncertainty.
  1. Post-Flying Support:
  • Provide ongoing check-ins and settlement guidance once students arrive abroad.
  • Act as a liaison between students and universities to address any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Offer continued assistance for academic and cultural adaptation to help students thrive in their new environment.
  1. Administrative Tasks:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, metrics, and reports to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall student experience and drive continuous improvement.

  • Proven experience in overseas education counseling or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with students and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Knowledge of overseas medical education systems is highly desirable.
