Job Opportunity

We are seeking a medical professional to fill the role of Medical Liaison. In this position, you will be working closely with patients and healthcare providers to ensure smooth communication and coordination.

  • Patient Consultation & Pre-Screening:

You will conduct in-depth consultations with prospective patients to understand their medical concerns, goals, and expectations. Based on their medical history, you will provide guidance on suitable treatment options and assess basic eligibility.

  • Medical Report Analysis:

You will review diagnostic reports and medical documents to assist in preliminary evaluation before forwarding to partner hospitals or specialists.

  • Treatment Coordination:

As a medical liaison, you will help patients understand recommended procedures, expected outcomes, recovery timelines, and pre/post-operative care essentials.

  • Bridge Between Patient & Surgeon:

You will act as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers, ensuring that clinical information is communicated effectively and efficiently.

  • Trust-Building & Support:

You will provide empathetic and medically accurate advice to build trust and alleviate patient anxiety, especially for those traveling overseas for surgery.

  • Data Accuracy & Documentation:

You will ensure that patient data, preferences, and medical information are recorded accurately and shared securely with relevant partners.

  • Ethical Guidance & Compliance:

You will uphold patient confidentiality, ethical practices, and informed consent standards in all interactions.

  • Post-Consultation Follow-Up:

You will check in with patients at key milestones before and after travel, ensuring continuity of care and satisfaction.
