Job Overview: We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the design process for our customers.


The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with customers to understand their requirements and delivering tailored design solutions that meet their needs. This will involve providing quotations, detailed designs, and production drawings.


To excel in this role, you must possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as experience in Google Sketchup software. A minimum 2-year diploma in Interior Designing/Architecture from a reputable institution is essential, along with site experience and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.


Additionally, the ideal candidate will have exposure to residential projects and the capacity to analyze sales reports, project timelines, and customer satisfaction. They must be customer-centric, providing solutions that are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and budget-friendly.
