We are seeking a senior mechanical design professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and developing 3D CAD models and technical drawings using SolidWorks or equivalent tools, leading prototyping efforts, selecting materials and manufacturing processes, and performing tolerance analysis and stress analysis.

This role offers opportunities to lead complex R&D initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee testing and validation of mechanical components and systems, and prepare comprehensive documentation for manufacturing and quality assurance processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop complex mechanical components and assemblies
  • Create precise 3D CAD models and detailed technical drawings
  • Lead prototyping efforts using various methods
  • Select appropriate materials and manufacturing processes
  • Perform tolerance analysis and stress analysis

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling
  • Strong expertise in mechanical enclosure design
  • Hands-on experience with prototyping techniques
  • In-depth understanding of material selection and mechanical design calculations
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a closely related field
