Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to join our team. As a data engineer, you will be responsible for designing and building guardrails for prompt injection protection, toxicity/bias detection, and hallucination/jailbreak identification using large language models.

Our ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience in data science, applied machine learning, or large language model-based applications. You should have strong programming skills in Python and experience writing SQL for data exploration or feature engineering.

A solid understanding of natural language processing, deep learning, and large language model architectures is also required. Additionally, hands-on experience with Hugging Face, LangChain, large language model APIs, and vector stores is necessary. Experience with model evaluation, red-teaming, or safety interventions in NLP/LLM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and build guardrails for large language model safety components
  • Maintain evaluation frameworks to monitor large language model safety, fairness, and compliance
  • Develop automated pipelines to process, tag, and evaluate large language model outputs
  • Detect unsafe content or model drift using vector databases and embeddings
