Relationship Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Relationship Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets by selling insurance products through direct sales channels.

You will engage with potential customers, understand their insurance needs, and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers is crucial in this role, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and build trust. You should also have a strong understanding of insurance products and concepts, with the ability to stay up-to-date with market trends and developments.

As a Relationship Manager, you will work closely with our sales team to achieve sales targets and develop new business opportunities. You will also be responsible for identifying and pursuing new leads, developing strategies to win new business, and maintaining existing customer relationships.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the insurance industry or a related field
  • Proven sales track record, with a consistent achievement of sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and build trust
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of insurance products and concepts
