We are a global firm providing full service investment banking and securities expertise across a range of products and services.
As an Analyst in our Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) team, you will play a critical role in executing transactions and providing financial advisory to clients focused on India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting pitch books, reports, and descriptive memoranda for client meetings
- Draft marketing materials and participate in due diligence
- Work closely with senior professionals to conduct financial analyses including financial statement and valuation analyses; assist in development of detailed financial models
- Support execution of mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings (IPOs), capital raising, and other financial transactions
- Perform comprehensive industry and market research, and company analysis within the TMT sector
Required Background:
- MBA in Finance or related discipline helpful but not mandatory
- Three or more years of relevant experience in investment banking including at least one year direct front office IB work; exposure to the TMT sector is advantageous though not essential
- Financial modeling coursework, training, or experience preferred
- Accuracy, thoroughness, can-do attitude, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills; fluency in English required
