Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Investment Banking Associate/Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in investment banking with strong analytical and execution skills. The role involves supporting deal execution, business development, investor relations, and project management to drive decision-making for acquisitions and portfolio companies' growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in deal execution including financial analysis, due diligence, transaction structuring, and documentation.
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models (DCF, precedent transactions, and comparable company analysis) from scratch.
- Support business development activities by preparing pitch books, presentations, and industry research.
- Manage investor relations by coordinating with stakeholders, preparing reports, and tracking investment performance.
- Handle project management to ensure smooth client operations and timely delivery of strategic initiatives.
- Conduct market, industry, and company research to provide insights supporting acquisitions and organic growth strategies.
- Collaborate with senior management in evaluating new opportunities and enhancing portfolio value.
Key Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking.
- Strong knowledge of valuation methodologies , financial modeling, and transaction analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases .
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with attention to detail.
