Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Biology Specialist to work on cutting-edge AI projects that involve fine-tuning large language models. This role requires strong analytical and English comprehension skills, as well as a solid foundation in Biology at the PhD level.

The ideal candidate will have experience breaking down complex biological concepts into simple explanations and working efficiently under deadlines. They should also be able to collaborate with LLM researchers to align problem types with evaluation goals.

  • Design and solve challenging Biology problems to probe the limitations of large language models.
  • Develop high-quality, step-by-step solutions with clear and rigorous reasoning.
  • Collaborate with LLM researchers to align problem types with evaluation goals, especially in areas where models typically struggle.

Key responsibilities include designing and solving Biology problems, developing solutions, and collaborating with researchers to achieve project goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Candidates must have a Ph.D. or be pursuing a Ph.D. in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related field. They should possess good research and analytical skills, ability to provide constructive feedback and detailed annotations, creative and lateral thinking abilities, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and self-motivation.
