  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and experimentation to launch, iteration, and scale.">
  • Guide API development and system integrations to build scalable, intelligent product experiences.">
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog in Agile methodologies.">
  • Ensure high performance in data quality, model accuracy, and user adoption metrics.">
  • Partner with stakeholders to align product initiatives with strategic business outcomes.">
  • Lead multiple AI/ML project workstreams, tracking timelines, risks, and dependencies to ensure smooth delivery.">

Qualifications & Experience:

The ideal candidate will have 9-11 years of product management experience, with 6+ years in AI/ML or Generative AI domains.

They should demonstrate success working with AI, Machine Learning, LLMs, and NLP teams in a product leadership capacity.

A solid understanding of the AI/ML product development lifecycle, experimentation, data analytics, and model evaluation is required.

">

Experience with vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt engineering, or agentic workflows is a strong plus.

">

Familiarity with API development, system architecture, and scalable software design principles is essential.

">

Proficiency in Agile methodologies and sprint planning processes is required.

Strong analytical skills and ability to use data-driven insights to inform decision-making are necessary.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of aligning and influencing stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
