
Insurance Claims Field Officer Job Opening

This role involves accurately collecting, verifying, and recording client information in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Fill out insurance application forms, claim forms, and other related documents with precision and accuracy.
- Visit hospitals daily to assist patients with filling up insurance forms for a pharma company, maintaining records of all data collected.
- Verify and cross-check client information for correctness and completeness, ensuring seamless coordination with clients, agents, or the insurance company as needed.
- Collect and organize required supporting documents from clients, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Maintain accurate records of submitted forms and track their status, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies or missing information.
- Assist with data entry and updating client information in our database/CRM system.
- Meet productivity and accuracy targets, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
- Any graduate with prior experience in insurance, data entry, or form processing is highly valued.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and data collection.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) in English and local language.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and MS Office.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and maintain confidentiality of sensitive client data.
This role requires on-site presence in various hospitals across Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Chandigarh, Hyderabad, Bangalore working closely with healthcare professionals and administrative staff.
