Job Title: Senior Zoho Developer

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Zoho Developer. The Zoho Developer will be responsible for customizing and implementing Zoho solutions such as Zoho CRM, Books, Analytics, Creator, SalesIQ, PageSense, Desk and Billings.

The role involves developing custom applications, integrating Zoho products with other systems, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and providing ongoing support to clients.

The candidate will work closely with the team to ensure client requirements are met effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deluge Code Development: Creating Deluge code, functions, and workflows
  • Complex Scripting: Writing complex scripts to automate business processes and improve application functionality
  • Development Life Cycle Management: Managing the entire development life cycle, from concept to production
  • Tech Documentation: Maintaining technical documentation
  • API Integration: Integrating Zoho applications with external systems via APIs and webhooks
  • Customization: Using the Deluge scripting language to customize Zoho applications to align with specific business processes and requirements
  • Technical Support: Providing technical support and troubleshooting for Zoho applications, resolving issues promptly

Requirements

  • Zoho Product Expertise: Experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Analytics, and Zoho Creator and other Zoho products
  • Application Development Skills: Proficient in custom application development and integration with other systems
  • Troubleshooting Skills: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the IT outsourcing industry is a plus
  • Data Analytics Knowledge: Knowledge of BI & Data Analytics is an advantage
  • Certification: Zoho certification is a plus
