We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Enrollment Specialist.

Job Description

The primary purpose of this role is to increase student enrollments and retention. As an Enrollment Specialist, you will provide guidance to prospective parents on curriculum selection for their ward. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting admission conversions and achieving enrollment targets.
  • Orienting and guiding new parents on the curriculum framework offered by our institution.
  • Providing details of the board structure and integrated curriculum offered.
  • Assisting in identifying children with special needs and offering advice to their parents on additional support provided.
  • Conducting campus tours for prospective parents and providing guidance on teaching initiatives taken by our institution.
  • Advising parents individually and/or in groups regarding academic eligibility requirements, appropriate board selection, academic policies, and delivery procedures.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge about our institution's programs and requirements.
  • Assisting parents in admission registration, evaluating student admissibility, and providing guidance on the admission process.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in marketing.
  • Prior experience in admission counselling for schools will be an added advantage.

Additionally, you should hold a graduate degree in any stream or MBA.
