About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Solution Architect to lead our team in delivering innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of clients' business, technology, and process needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop thorough understanding of clients' business, technology, and process requirements.
  • Identify gaps in current procedures and enhance development processes accordingly.
  • Collaborate with program management teams to prepare, track, and estimate project schedules.
  • Create scalable and reusable technical designs.
  • Design technical specifications based on business requirements.
  • Develop reusable reconciliation procedures.
  • Guide project teams from kickoff to go-live stages.
  • Support pre-sales teams in developing responsive RFPs.
  • Foster teamwork and accountability among team members.
  • Cultivate relationships with onshore and offshore resources.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Technical Solution Architect or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of business, technology, and process requirements.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Able to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of software development life cycles.
  • Ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
