is seeking an experienced and visionary
Technical Solutions Architect
to lead the technical design and strategy for our client projects. This role is a key technical bridge between our clients' business needs and our development team's execution, ensuring every solution is designed for clarity, scalability, and security.

You will work closely with our Project Managers, Developers, and Sales team to translate business requirements into comprehensive system blueprints, including app designs and CRM solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in defining best practices, anticipating risks, and ensuring the successful, on-time delivery of every project.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

  • Lead the technical design and architecture of client-facing web applications and internal projects.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed system blueprints, including workflows, data models, API specifications, and architecture diagrams.
  • Define best practices for front-end (UI/UX), back-end, and database design to ensure scalability, performance, and security.
  • Design comprehensive CRM solutions that align with client business processes.

Technical Leadership & Collaboration

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the Sales, Project Management, and Development teams.
  • Provide technical input during pre-sales discussions and support the creation of proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Review and approve all technical design documents before development begins.
  • Guide and mentor developers on technical approaches, frameworks, and coding standards.

Project Governance & Risk Management

  • Establish and enforce architectural standards and best practices for design and documentation.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks, such as performance bottlenecks or integration challenges.
  • Ensure all designs comply with security, access, and data protection standards.

Skills & Competencies

Must-Have

  • 3-5 years of experience in software development and architecture.
  • Proven expertise in system design principles, including UML, ER modeling, and architecture documentation.
  • Deep knowledge of web application architecture (front-end, back-end, databases, APIs, cloud).
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Front-end:
    React or modern JavaScript frameworks.
  • Back-end:
    PHP/Laravel or
  • Databases:
    MySQL/Postgres, NoSQL.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Good-to-Have

  • Experience with CRM/ERP systems (Bitrix24, Zoho, Salesforce).
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Tools & Platforms Familiarity

  • Design & Documentation:
    Lucidchart, , Figma, Confluence, Notion.
  • Project Management:
    Jira, Bitrix24, ClickUp.
  • APIs:
    Postman, Swagger.

Success Metrics (KPIs)

  • All projects have approved, clear technical blueprints before development begins.
  • Significant reduction in scope creep and rework due to clear design documentation.
  • Positive feedback from the sales and delivery teams on the clarity and feasibility of designs.
  • Consistent on-time project delivery with minimal technical escalations.
