Job Title: Cash Management Implementation Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cash Management Implementation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the efficient delivery of cash management projects and acting as a project coordinator for the implementation of cash products.

You will manage all documentation related to new account openings, account closures, account mandate updates, account amendments, and setup on cash/trade products. Additionally, you will ensure timely and efficient delivery of implementation projects assigned, coordinate with internal parties to ensure all related setups are in place, and distribute documents to other branches/ departments if needed.

As a key member of our team, you will escalate issues with respective L2 support teams and manage each case using an internal case management tool.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Japanese speaking and writing; able to communicate in Japanese with clients.
  • 3-7 years of handling project management in a client-facing role.
  • 2-5 years of experience in handling cash management products is preferred.
  • Experience in IT systems administration/networking will be an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Japanese.
  • Analytical capabilities and logical thinking.
  • Strong team player: be part of a global/regional team, communicating, managing, and cooperating closely on a local/regional/global level.
  • Education: University degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Language skills: fluency in Japanese (3-5 years of experience).
