Product Lifecycle Manager Role OverviewAs a Product Lifecycle Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute product strategies that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand customer requirements and preferences, and communicate product value propositions effectively.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge, staying up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Work closely with virtual teams and customers worldwide, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless communication.
  • Plan and execute frequent international business trips to regions of focus, pushing our product offerings forward.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience as a Product Lifecycle Manager in the Electrical Distribution Grids Automation domain or similar role, with a good understanding of agile principles and ways of working.
  • Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and team management skills.
  • Technical knowledge of communications networks (IEC 61850, IEC 608705, Modbus, DNP3.0) and RTU application programming within the distribution/substation/automation space.
  • Experience with product development, generative AI cloud applications, and cloud connectivity solutions like MQTT is a plus.
