Project Lead Job Opportunity

We are seeking an organized and detail-driven project lead to manage our website projects.

This role involves acting as a bridge between developers, stakeholders, and users by documenting requirements and technical specifications. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle from planning to delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Requirements Documentation: Convert incoming project requests into detailed requirements and specifications
  • Consensus Building: Review requirements with US-based stakeholders and India developers to gain consensus before development starts
  • Project Management: Collaborate with the development team and stakeholders to manage project scope, schedule, and quality
  • Integration and Deliverables: Work with the Enterprise team on projects requiring integration between systems and showcase project deliverables to stakeholders
  • Expectation Management: Partner with the lead engineer to ensure project expectations are met
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of product management experience with strong project management expertise
  • Ability to work with US-based teams and willingness to adapt to their schedule
  • Experience with content management systems and website user experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and support multiple projects simultaneously
  • Data-driven approach with ability to analyze data for road maps
  • Proficiency in Atlassian Confluence and Jira
