Job Title: Online Presence Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and data-driven professional to lead our online presence across platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing campaigns, analyzing performance, and growing our brand community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the social media strategy aligned with business and marketing goals.
  • Manage daily operations of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content including posts, videos, stories, and reels.
  • Run paid social media campaigns and optimize performance to achieve ROI.
  • Leverage User-Generated Content (UGC) to drive engagement and authenticity.
  • Drive and manage Influencer Marketing campaigns to expand brand reach.
  • Collaborate with external agencies for creative production, media planning, and campaign execution.
  • Strengthen brand building initiatives through consistent messaging and storytelling.
  • Monitor analytics and prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams to ensure consistent brand voice.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and engage with the online community.
  • Track trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms to keep the brand ahead.
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with brand guidelines and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • 3–6 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content marketing.
  • Proven track record of growing and managing social media accounts.
  • Hands-on experience with social media tools & analytics platforms (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of paid campaigns, content strategy, UGC, and influencer collaborations.
  • Creative thinker with excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
  • Experience working with external agencies and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
