Job Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our Campaign team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital media and experience with campaign implementation, ad operations, and customer service. They will be responsible for monitoring assigned campaign tickets, implementing strategies for digital media campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline the campaign implementation process.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and prioritize campaign tickets in our ticketing system.
  • Develop and implement strategies for digital media campaigns, including creative trafficking and troubleshooting.
  • Test and validate 3rd party creative assets, impression tracking, click tracking, and VAST tags to ensure correct formatting and functionality in our ad serving platform.
  • Assist in streamlining the campaign implementation strategy by utilizing platform features to reduce the number of campaigns needed.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on campaigns to ensure all details are set up correctly.
  • Troubleshoot various aspects of campaign setup, including creative setup and audience targeting, to determine the cause of issues and provide resolution paths.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to identify opportunities for platform enhancements that improve workflow and user experience.

Requirements:

  • A degree in any field and relevant work experience.
  • Three years of experience in digital media or ad operations/ad trafficking.
  • Previous customer service experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, SQL, or HTML5 is an asset.
  • Experience with 3rd Party Ad Servers (DV360, Sizmek, etc.) is an asset.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with accountability and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop solutions under pressure.
  • Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical partners.
  • Strong time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
