Job Title: BI Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence professional to analyze complex business problems and develop data-driven solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leveraging Business Intelligence Analytics Platforms, particularly Zoho BI, to extract insights from various data sources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify business problems that can be solved through data analysis and visualization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand these problems.
  • Extract relevant data from diverse sources.
  • Perform data cleaning, develop automated scripts for cleaning and validation, and assess data quality.
  • Provide inputs to improve data collection and validation at the point of capture.
  • Migrate data between source and target systems.
  • Present insights as data visualizations to drive informed decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain data repositories.
  • Ensure dataset integrity.
  • Brainstorm ideas and create prototypes for future tools and products.
  • Write queries to fetch data from various data sources.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in logical thinking, data analytics, quantitative analysis, and algorithm optimization.
  • Understanding of databases, analytics, and programming languages like Python, R, etc.
  • Familiarity with Zoho BI Analytics Platform and Microsoft Excel is desired.
