Job Description:

We seek a skilled data engineer to design and implement scalable data solutions.

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in Python and SQL, with experience working with distributed data processing and storage technologies like Apache Spark and Hadoop.

In addition to technical expertise, we value collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities include building efficient data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

Key requirements include development experience with at least one cloud platform, knowledge of data lake and data lake house patterns, and knowledge of ETL performance tuning and cost optimization.

  • Cloud Platforms: Azure high preference, AWS, GCP
  • Knowledge: Data Lake Patterns, ETL Performance Tuning

Nice-to-have qualifications include experience with Azure Databricks, knowledge of DevOps - ETL pipeline orchestration, certifications in Databricks, Azure, AWS, GCP, and knowledge of code version control (e.g. Git).

Requirements:
