Job Opportunity

Pega RPA Developers are in demand to design, develop, and implement automation solutions using the Pega RPA platform.

The ideal candidate will create and maintain workflows, scripts, and business rules in Pega Robotics Studio, collaborate with Business Analysts and Process Owners to understand and automate business processes, and integrate Pega RPA solutions with enterprise applications, databases, and third-party systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop automation solutions using Pega RPA platform.
  • Create and maintain workflows, scripts, and business rules in Pega Robotics Studio.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts and Process Owners to understand and automate business processes.
  • Integrate Pega RPA solutions with enterprise applications, databases, and third-party systems.
  • Monitor and optimize bot performance for efficiency and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production environments.
  • Prepare and maintain Knowledge Base (KB) articles for known/unknown issues.
  • Provide L2/L3 production support, including incident handling, change requests, and root cause analysis.
  • Participate in on-call support rotations and provide weekend assistance when required.

Required Skills

Pega RPA Developers require strong hands-on experience in developing and supporting automation using Pega RPA (Robotics Studio), solid programming knowledge in C#, .NET, or Java, and proven expertise in production support: incident management, change management, debugging, and performance tuning.

Other key skills include:

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills in live environments.
  • Experience in integrating Pega RPA solutions with enterprise systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and provide on-call/weekend support.
