Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of end-to-end RPA and Power Automate solutions that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect automation workflows using UiPath and Power Automate.
  • Lead a team of developers and automation experts to deliver projects on time.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business process requirements.
  • Implement testing strategies to validate the accuracy of automation solutions.
  • Continuously optimize and improve existing automation processes.
  • Maintain documentation for future reference.
  • Address technical issues and concerns.
  • Recommend enhancements or updates to existing systems.
  • Implement security best practices.
  • Build relationships with vendors.
  • Report on project progress to senior management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong experience with RPA and Power Automate.
  • Hands-on development skills using UiPath and Power Automate.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Able to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of ITIL service management framework.
  • Able to maintain documentation and records.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Python Development.
  • Ai exposure.
