Job Description

We're building innovative voice AI systems and intelligent agents that deliver exceptional user experiences through conversational interfaces. As an AI Engineer, you'll design, develop, and deploy advanced AI models and systems that meet the needs of our users.

Responsibilities

  • AI Development and Deployment: Develop and maintain AI-driven, real-time speech-to-speech conversational agents; build low-latency, high-impact features that enhance user experiences; design and implement end-to-end AI pipelines; optimize AI systems for performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate on defining and tracking success metrics for AI features.

Technical Requirements

  • Software Engineering Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience with Python or similar languages.
  • Distributed Systems: Experience building and scaling distributed systems in cloud environments.
  • API Design: Proficiency in API design.
  • Generative AI Frameworks: Proficiency with generative AI frameworks and tools.
  • Large Language Models: Hands-on experience with large language models, prompt engineering.
  • Coding Standards: Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
  • CI/CD Pipelines: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms like AWS and deployment automation.
  • Monitoring Tools: Knowledge of monitoring, observability, and production debugging tools.
  • Vector Databases: Familiarity with vector databases.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Healthcare Experience: Experience in the Healthcare industry.
  • AI Voice Assistants: Experience building AI voice assistants or conversational agents.
  • Open-Source Contributions: Contributions to open-source AI projects or GitHub repositories demonstrating relevant work.
  • Multimodal AI Systems: Knowledge of multimodal AI systems combining text, voice, and other inputs.
