Audit Manager

The role of Audit Manager is to oversee and direct the execution of audits across various business units, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results. This position plays a pivotal role in shaping the audit strategy and plans to ensure effective risk management and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive audit strategies and plans to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including IT teams and business leaders, to identify and address audit findings and recommendations.
  • Supervise the execution of audits, ensuring that they are conducted in accordance with established standards and procedures.
  • Maintain relationships with external auditors and vendors to ensure smooth audit processes and timely completion of audits.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, with a strong understanding of EDW concepts, data mining, and programming languages such as Python and Oracle SQL.
  • Hands-on experience working with visualization tools like Power BI and SAP BO.
  • Good understanding of software development life cycle, with prior experience in business requirement gathering and UAT.
  • Excellent academic record and certifications in data analytics/data science from a reputed university.
  • Background knowledge of the financial sector is required, with banking knowledge being preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
