Job Description

About the Role:

This is a high-level management position responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of subject matter expertise.

  • Ensuring quality content for assessments is developed through effective question bank management, inventory tracking, and optimum levels of item availability in assigned domains.
  • Managing Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to define selection criteria, monitor performance quality, train, and develop SME pools in different domains.
  • Extensive coordination with SMEs for test development activities, including test design creation, coordination with internal stakeholders, and supporting lead administrators as needed.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Subject competency in school subjects up to 12th level as per NCERT syllabus.
  • A broader understanding of the country's education system and relevant boards.
  • Experience working in the education sector related to assessment and evaluation - test designs, blueprints, and question development.
  • Good command over English, both written and spoken, as well as good command over spoken Hindi.
Required Skills

Proficiency in at least one of the following skills:

  • Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or Biology.
