We are seeking a skilled Cultural Content Manager to support our partners in managing their content on our platform.

This role involves strong skills in partner and project management, with a focus on remote work.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Providing each partner with individual access to the Content Management System, ensuring their profile is correctly set up for them to autonomously manage their collection on our platform via their Dashboard and available Help articles.
  2. Answering questions and checking on ART & CULTURE Partners to guide them through the standard partner lifecycle which consists of:
  • Ingestion phase: upload of their collection (images, audio, 3D models, etc) and related metadata following the platform minimal requirements and standards for quality and accuracy.
  • Curation phase: creation of online stories with the online story editor, using our editorial best practices and guidelines.
  • Publication phase: presenting publication, embed, and content amplification options.

The Cultural Content Manager will also be responsible for troubleshooting any errors/issues preventing ART & CULTURE Partners from using the platform, communicating progress and project status, and escalating issues to the relevant team as needed.

Beyond this, the Cultural Content Manager will have the opportunity to work with Operations Teams to coordinate all operations to digitize the partner collection and may be required to travel to a partner's location or an event's location.
