As a key member of our team, this role is focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences. The Guest Services Associate will be responsible for welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests warmly and make them feel comfortable and valued upon arrival.
  • Manage reservations, maintain a seating plan, and assist with waiting lists to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Take accurate orders, communicate effectively with the kitchen and service teams, and ensure timely service to meet our high standards.
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently, adhering to strict hygiene and safety standards at all times.
  • Handle billing, process payments, and address guest concerns or feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas; assist in setup and closing activities to keep our spaces looking their best.
  • Support team members and work collaboratively to create a pleasant dining atmosphere that exceeds guest expectations.
  • Uphold health, safety, and operational standards to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional hospitality training is preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a restaurant/hospitality environment is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with colleagues and guests.
  • The ability to multitask, remain organized, and stay calm under pressure is crucial for success in this role.
  • A willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is necessary to meet our business needs.
