About the Role

As a seasoned professional, you will lead and manage projects in the development and AMS space for clients in the healthcare and life sciences industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and deliver projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Implement robust change management and governance processes to ensure successful delivery.
  • Ensure all project milestones and deliverables are completed on time, and within set scope.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage risk, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Proactively address issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and deliverables.
  • Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Requirements:

  • At least 8-10 years of experience in executing/managing software implementation programs.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in the healthcare domain.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project) and financial tracking tools.
