Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Test Engineer to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance in ServiceNow and be proficient in implementing Automated Testing Frameworks (ATF) in ServiceNow.

  • Develop detailed test plans and test cases based on business requirements, functional and detailed design documents.
  • Execute tests to validate functionality, including regression testing to ensure new changes or enhancements do not negatively impact existing functionality.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases and test results.
  • Identify, document and report defects found during testing.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with teams for completion of integration and user acceptance testing.

Additional responsibilities include designing and implementing ATF in ServiceNow, working in Agile methodology, and having good communication skills and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:
  • 2-6 years' experience in Quality Assurance in ServiceNow.
  • Hands-on experience implementing ATF.
  • Functional knowledge of ServiceNow modules like ITSM, HRSD, CSM etc.
  • Knowledge of Testing Integrations using ServiceNow and POSTMAN.
  • Experience working in Agile methodology.
  • Certifications: Certified ServiceNow Admin.
  • BE/BTech/BS, ME/MTech/MS or MCA degree from a recognized institution.
