**Job Summary**

We are seeking a Digital Content Director to join our marketing team at BHIVE Workspace. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and scaling content channels for brands, with a strong understanding of content strategy, audience psychology, and engagement tactics. They will also possess excellent communication skills, a creative mindset, and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Manage and oversee BHIVE's content presence across multiple platforms, including blogs, videos, podcasts, and social media.
  • Define and implement content calendars ensuring a consistent brand voice and visual identity.
  • Experiment with new content formats, styles, and distribution channels to optimize performance.

**Requirements**

  • 5-8 years of experience in content management, with at least 2 years in a team lead role.
  • Proven experience in managing and scaling content channels for brands, preferably in B2B, real estate, or coworking industries.
  • Strong understanding of content strategy, audience psychology, and engagement tactics.
  • Hands-on experience with content creation and publishing tools.
  • Ability to lead a team, provide creative direction, and drive data-driven decision-making.
