We are seeking a visionary professional to lead our campus recruitment efforts and manage career services.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in corporate relations, business development, talent acquisition, or career services, preferably within the higher education sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Translate relationships into quantifiable business outcomes by farming existing accounts and hunting new ones to develop strong industry connections.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to build and maintain relationships with leading organizations and industry leaders.
- Forge high-impact connections through distinguished guest speakers, live projects, and mentorship programs.
- Lead the end-to-end placement process to ensure successful outcomes that meet the highest standards of professional excellence.
- Act as the primary point of contact for corporate partners, ensuring seamless relationships.
A successful candidate will possess a strong network of senior-level contacts across various industries (e.g., technology, finance, consumer goods).
They must be able to think strategically and translate industry trends into actionable initiatives.
Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills are essential.
A deep understanding of the business landscape and the talent needs of modern corporations is required.
Requirements- Postgraduate/MBA degree or related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years' experience in business development, sales, or relevant role.
- Experience in customer acquiring and relationship management.
Skills/Capabilities required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; self-driven and goal-oriented; demonstrated ability to sell to CXOs.
