Document Management Role

This is a key opportunity to excel in document management and contribute to the success of our organization.

  1. We are seeking a skilled professional to manage documents, drawings, and datasheets, ensuring they meet contract specifications.
  2. The ideal candidate will have expertise in formatting and implementing technical documentation, as well as maintaining accurate records and files.
  3. In this role, you will ensure data integrity and compliance with ISO standards, supporting internal quality and production standards.
  4. You will be responsible for managing document revisions, updates, and approvals, and maintaining an organized Document Archive and File Server.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in document maintenance.
  • A degree in document controlling or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Demonstrated fluency in English, both verbally and in writing.
