Job Title : Information Architect

Years of experience : 8-11 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver complex data transformation programs across various portfolios.
  • Collaborate with agile teams to create innovative products catering to customer needs.
  • Elicit and analyze business, functional, and non-functional requirements from diverse stakeholders.
  • Develop a working reconciliation solution by collaborating with cross-asset IT teams.
  • Own and produce relevant analysis and modeling artifacts for development teams.
  • Understand end-to-end user journeys beyond system capabilities.
  • Provide advanced business knowledge and technical support for requirements development.
  • Create or enhance logical and physical data models adhering to agreed standards.
  • Undertake metadata analysis including entity and attribute naming, table and column definitions, and data type selection.

Requirements:

  • Strong data analysis and/or modeling experience (4-8 years).
  • Financial domain expertise and data analysis skills covering activities like requirement gathering, gap analysis, data analysis, effort estimation, reviews, and database designing.
  • Individual contributor with good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Team player with self-starter approach, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Liaison between business and technical teams to bridge gaps and facilitate project delivery.
  • Proficiency in SQL, MS-Office tools, GCP Big Query, Erwin, and Visual Paradigm.
  • Comprehensive data modeling understanding and creation of high-quality data models.
  • Maintenance of accurate, complete, consistent, unambiguous, reliable, accessible, traceable, and valid metadata and data artifacts.
