**Job Title: Space Planner Professional**We are seeking a skilled and creative Space Planner Professional to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for transforming spaces into unforgettable experiences. About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in creating detailed blueprints, layouts, and 3D models using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp. You will work closely with clients to translate their requirements into visual concepts that clearly communicate the design intent and functionality.

In this role, you will also be responsible for:

  • Developing high-quality technical drawings and design documentation to support accurate execution by contractors and vendors.
  • Maintaining organized design files and ensuring all documentation is updated throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinating with contractors, architects, consultants, vendors, and suppliers to ensure seamless integration of all design elements.
  • Monitoring project progress and resolving issues proactively to avoid delays or cost overruns.
  • Ensuring project delivery meets agreed-upon quality standards, deadlines, and client expectations.
Requirements
