Head of Financial Operations

We are seeking a seasoned Chartered Accountant to lead our finance team.
The ideal candidate will oversee the closure and auditing of financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Financial management of the B2C segment
- Maintaining accurate monthly reporting for management
- Coordinating quarterly statutory audits, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing proactive measures
- Preparing balance sheet disclosures and ensuring accurate reporting
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and practical experience in their application
- Collaboration with finance teams for timely closing and reporting
- Correct segmental reporting and elimination of group transactions
- Reviewing monthly closing checklists and ensuring proper review of balance sheet items
- Internal reporting of KPIs to management
- Leading and supervising a team of professionals, providing feedback, and clarifying roles
- End-to-end responsibility for parent company and Indian subsidiary financial statement closure
- Implementing financial reporting systems to comply with government regulations and legislations
- Examining financial reports and data for discrepancies
Educational Qualifications:
A Chartered Accountant with 7 years of post-qualification experience in financial accounting, reporting, and compliance is preferred.
