Accountant Head

Seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead the financial operations of our organization.
The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Manage the end-to-end accounting function (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Bank Reconciliation, etc.).
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books of accounts.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets for management.
This role requires strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
We are seeking an individual with excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills who can drive financial discipline in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the finance team.
- Develop and implement internal controls, accounting policies, and processes.
- Provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making in collaboration with leadership.
