Internship Opportunity in Web Development

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a WordPress Developer Intern.

About the Role

This is a remote internship role that offers hands-on experience with web technologies, including front-end and back-end development, responsive web design, and cross-browser compatibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in designing and developing responsive web designs
  • Implement web development projects
  • SUPPORT THE TEAM IN ACHIEVING PROJECT GOALS
Requirements
  1. Strong knowledge of WordPress (core, themes, plugins, hooks, filters, REST API)
  2. Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
  3. Familiarity with MySQL database management
  4. Experience in payment gateway integration and SMTP configuration
  5. Understanding of API integrations and webhooks
  6. Knowledge of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility
  7. Basic understanding of SEO optimization and website security best practices
  8. Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities
  9. Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
  10. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
Additional Skills
  1. Knowledge of WooCommerce and e-commerce setups
  2. Familiarity with cPanel, domain management, and DNS configurations
  3. Experience with Git or other version control systems
  4. Understanding of basic hosting and server management
