Technical Lead – Dynamics CRM / CE

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our team in designing and developing Microsoft-based business solutions in cloud environments using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

Job Description
  • To design and implement complex CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • To develop and customize various CRM components such as entities, forms, workflows, plugins, reports, and dashboards.
  • To collaborate with project managers, business analysts, testing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery on time and within budget.

Gathering and analyzing client requirements to design and implement custom applications using the Canvas and Model Driven frameworks, as well as using out of the box CRM applications for business needs such as case management and task management.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8+ years of relevant working experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Fully understand what Microsoft's Modules like Sales, Customer Service, Marketing have to offer out of the box before needing any extended customization.
  • Ability to develop plug-ins using C# and code UI logic in JavaScript.
  • Banking experience is preferable.
